About this school

The British School was established in July 1963 by a group of British parents, starting with 30 students of 5 nationalities before moving to its present Chanakyapuri campus. It teaches the Early Years Foundation Stage, the English National Curriculum, Cambridge IGCSE, and the IB Diploma and Career-related Programmes. Around 1,500 students from about 66 nationalities attend.
