About this school
One of Chennai's oldest schools, tracing its origin to St. Andrew's School founded in 1835 by two Church of Scotland chaplains; students are traditionally called 'MCCIANS'. Located on Harrington Road, Chetpet, it follows the Tamil Nadu State Board syllabus and operates both an aided (boys) and a self-financed co-educational stream, and participates in a US Department of State exchange programme.
